Worked well for me
Needed to download and create an account to find they have no box in my city.
Broken and now I can't access my post so that's fantastic
Easy to navigate, excellent idea
Experience has been horrible so far. Screen malfunctions and is unresponsive, we can't get our parcels from it. We asked for magnetic keys, 3 months ago, never heard back about it. It does not scan the QR codes most of the from the app and when it does it takes couple minutes or so... Could you perhaps sort some contactless way to get the parcels? I mean its been almost a year with COVID-19, so there must be a better way of retrieving your parcels without touching a disgusting sweaty screen.
Nice concept, poor execution. I tried it twice to get my package delivered to a BringMe box. Both times I didn't get a notification and my package went missing TWICE! First time the amazon package was marked as delivered (on amazon), I did not get a notification from BringMe. I tried scanning my code, it said no package was delivered. Contacted amazon and BringMe to figure it out. Amazon send me evidence it was signed for and dropped in the BringMe box. BringMe could not locate the package nor give me a decent explanation where it was. I ended up getting a new package send to my home address by Amazon. Second time the same thing happend with another package. I tried contacting BringeMe customer support but I never got an answer. Next day my package was at the reception desk. My package was put in someone else's box. Again great concept, but it doesn't work. It depends to heavily on the delivery service to put in the correct name and correct box. The customer service of BringMe is also lackluster.
Does exactly what it needs to do.
I'll give it 5 stars not only for the app, but all services. App itself is snappy and easy to use.
Love the concept! The app's push notifications don't work however, so I have to keep on checking my email. Fix that and I'll give 5 stars
Easy to use and intuitive.
